Peart, Bozzio, Heredia drum jam

Bozziopeart

Here's a cool long-form drum jam by Neil Peart (Rush), Terry Bozzio (Zappa, UK, Bozzio, Levin, Stevens) and Joey Heredia (Stevie Wonder, Herb Alpert).  This was filmed during a warm up session for a master class Neil was putting together. I love it when some of the greats collaborate!

Arrested Development fan art

ADMwallpaper2

Arrested Development and The Simpsons are two of my all-time favorite shows so I love this artistic mashup of the two. I think the blue Tobias and the inclusion of GOB's ventriloquist dummy Franklin is especially great.

There's also a version with the Bluths as Peanuts characters.

Tiny Alien Terrorizes Pakistan - gets cooked

Well, it was only a matter of time.  They finally come to visit, and end up getting cooked on a hot brick.  Wonder if they taste like chicken?

Guest Post Lalapalooza

Hello Followers of Share and Enjoy,

Jim and Bob have kindly allowed me to post a few guest blogs here. I'm Jim's sister and Bob's niece and I hope not to embarrass them with gushing posts about Edward Cullen or Joe Jonas. I will keep those posts locked up tightly in the diary I keep under my mattress away from prying eyes.

So I was just thinking today about bands that I never got to see in concert, but wish I could. The first one that sprang to mind was The Smith's, a band that was already broken up my the time I started listening to them. I also realized I would have loved to see Queen with Freddie Mercury. So which broken up/dead band or singer would you want to see in concert if you had the opportunity?

Ramsey Out.

Gloucestshire Cheese Rolling - The sport of champions

From the Gloucestshire Cheese Roll on May 25, 2009.  It's sort of hard to comment on this except to say that this is one of the many reasons I love the English.

Redesigned book covers by M.S. Corley

If you haven't seen M.S. Corley's redesign of the Harry Potter book series, you've really been missing something. Yesterday he posted his newest set for the Narnia series, which is also absolutely brilliant.

See more great stuff on his blog.

The folks at Studio Creations have created the definitive 'how to' guide to creating your very own Tusken Raider costume. Wow, I really wish this had been around when I was 11.  My homemade costume didn't come out nearly this good!
